![]() ![]() When I review products and billing in my Intuit Account, I see two Desktop products. I did not know that the company was already established long ago. I can't remember, but think I must have had to set up a company. I have also been told I do NOT have an online subscription. Through various "chats" I have been told it's because I also have an online subscription, which needs to be cancelled. I started out simply wanting to send email invoices with a pay now option from desktop. An additional 4 hours today, to no avail. I highly doubt I will EVER use your customer support again. Is there anyway to get a REAL person on the phone, so the conversation ("chat") is not disconnected? This has been the worst experience I have ever had with customer support. Just as I was FINALLY able to have a support staff looking at my account and waiting for her response, the chat was ended again. You are in line." I thought I would also try CALLING the support line, but got no live person. It appears that if there is a lag when there is nothing being typed by either the customer or the support staff, the chat gets ended, even when getting recurring "Thanks for your patience. ![]() I was finally able to connect with a person to help after two hours in the queue this morning (after 2 attempts ending with "It appears you have stepped away from your computer. I spent the better part of my workday in that. I spent 6 hours yesterday in a variety of queues, being sent from one support staff to another. ![]()
